Returns and Exchanges

To Initiate a return, please send an email to returns@tascomtb.com to obtain a RA#.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept it back for a full refund or exchange. You can return your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date.  Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging with all tags intact.  We will provide a prepaid shipping label for exchanges for US shipping addresses only.  For any return orders, we will provide the label, but the carrier fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.  Sorry, we will not cover shipping items back for any international orders.   Please contact returns@tascomtb.com if you have any questions.  Please note:  We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale page items.  If needed, we are happy to offer store credit though!

Warranties

We take great pride in the quality of each of our products.  Our products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Coverage is valid for the original purchaser with the original order number or another proof of purchase. 

We offer virtual warranty inspection on all our products by sending an email with photos to returns@tascomtb.com. The warranty policy covers the product only in the case of manufacture defect. It does not cover products damaged due to normal wear and tear, negligence, improper care, natural breaking or fading of colors and materials over time and/or exposure.

We may request the defective product for further inspection. If this is the case, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you along with a RA#. Once received and inspected, a replacement of the same or "like" item will be shipped.

You will be contacted once the inspection is completed and informed on what action will be taken.
